AA Tex Lawn participates in the H-2B Visa program. This is the only legal seasonal foreign worker visa program in the US. It enables us to hire foreign workers to fill our needs during the busy summer months when there is a shortage of available and willing American workers.

 

It ensures that our work force has been legal with clean records. Through the program, our company is able to have the same, experienced workers return year after year.

 

This program compliments our team of non-seasonal, full-time workers to help handle the increased work-load of the summer months without requiring us perform lay-offs in the slower, winter months. It allows us to provide a sustainable and safe work environment with experienced people who have good work ethics.
